It appears that online booksellers such as Amazon.com and Barnes and Noble now report "Professional Community Server Themes" as being "In Stock!"  I'm very excited that this book is finally available!

This book covers most everything about themes -- understanding how URL rewriting works, creating new themes, using Chameleon and Dynamic Configuration, creating custom Chameleon and Dynamic Configuration controls, controlling editors, post markup processing, and other related topics.  If you're interested in theming Community Server, I strongly recommend this book -- whether you are a beginner or very familiar with Community Server. 

The book does assume some knowledge of ASP.Net, XHTML, and CSS (all of which can also be obtained by other books), however, with knowledge of these technologies, the "Professional Community Server Themes" book covers everything about customizing the UI in Community Server.
